Abstract
Over 20 years of research data on JPAs suggested that job performance aiding technology offered major potential in personnel performance increments and cost avoidance throughout the personnel, training, and maintenance communities. More than 100 JPA candidates were known to exist for selection into an integrated personnel system. This paper describes the results of a comprehensive survey of JPA systems and techniques, the organizational JPA technology for application toward an integrated personnel system, and schema utilized in achieving optimal utilization of the state-of-the art JPA technology.
