Abstract
Indications are that individuals will increasingly use the Internet to access career assessments in the new millennium. The purpose of this article is to analyze the current state of Internet career assessments, which includes a discussion of potential benefits and problems. In addition, methods for practitioners to evaluate career assessment websites are discussed. The authors also make suggestions for the further development of sound Internet career assessments and for additional research in this area.
