Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor with glandular and rhabdomyoblastic differentiation is a rare neoplasm: only six cases have previously been documented. The clinical evolution and immunohistochemical profile with use of a large battery of immunohistochemical markers of a case occurring in the right lumbar paraspinal region in a 28-year-old man is reported.
