Squamous cell carcinoma of the endometrium, either primary or as an extension of a cervical carcinoma, is extremely rare. We report a case of invasive keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix, in which there was replacement of the entire endometrial cavity by an intraepithelial and invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma with production of a large column of keratin that bridged the endometrial cavity.
