A case study is presented in which Relationship Enhancement (RE) marital therapy was used with a couple in which both partners were diagnosed with schizophrenia. Both partners were able to learn the RE skills, use them to resolve minor and major relationship conflicts, and generalize use of the skills to relationships wvith otherfamily members.
