Abstract
IN THE IDEAS OF the Aprista 1 movement the Peruvian social scene has produced one of the distinctive currents of contemporary Latin-American political thought. This study reports why a group of young Peruvians became interested in political action and the reasoning that led them to create a new political doctrine.
