Abstract
In this paper, the authors describe an approach for identifying and organizing concurrent working groups so as to optimize the information exchange between the actors of these working groups. The main idea is to analyze the cooperations between the differ ent actors involved in the organization in order to determine if this organization collects all the actors qualified to adequately perform the assigned tasks. For this, the proposed approach aims at identifying abilities of each actor in a working group. Definition of these abili ties can then serve to structure a design process and control its evolution.
