Recently, various studies have been made in industries to improve business efficiency. The concept of "Virtual Enterprise" is one of those studies, and it aims to standardize an information-sharing mechanism among different companies, to establish a common informa tion infrastructure for cooperative work among different companies when necessary, and to gather core competence of different companies. In cooperative work support systems for virtual enterprises, the mutual connections are generally loosely coupled, and the network sys tems among each component companies are often isolated. So the works tend to be done separately.
