Abstract
The Journal of Concurrent Engineering: Research and Applications (CERA) is a peer-reviewed engineering journal that has published the research of both academic and industry professionals related to simultaneous engineering paradigms in the context of product development for over 30 years.

For this issue related to Advanced Technologies, we are especially interested in papers that highlight cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics in the context of concurrent engineering. Exploring how these technologies contribute to efficiency, quality, and sustainability in product development, manufacturing, and service systems, though more peripheral topics will also be considered or may be invited to submit to our standard copy flow if the paper falls within our scope: https://journals.sagepub.com/aims-scope/CER
Once peer reviewed and if accepted, papers will be expertly and speedily processed through to online publication. Once we have a complete issue, the already published paper will be included in the completed issue, which we will print by the end of 2024.
