Abstract
To qualify for continuing education credit for this PharmaCE program, you must first enroll using the application blank found on page 688 of this issue. Answer sheets will then be sent to you.
Once enrolled, and when you feel you are ready, complete one or more of the tests below related to the articles in this issue selected for PharmaCE's continuing education program. (Mark clearly on the answer sheet the name of the article and the PharmaCE test number of the completed test.) Send the completed answer sheet to PharmaCE, P.O. Box 42696, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
Participants will receive 1 credit hour (0.1 CEU) per test toward completion of the PharmaCE program. Tests are valid for credit up to three years after they are published.
