Clinical Pharmacy Case Reports

Abstract

This column is designed to accommodate the interest of readers and authors in having timely case reports published. Although all articles contributed to DICP are reviewed by outside referees, these case reports will not be reviewed unless the author requests it. This procedure will minimize publication delays and facilitate more timely reports. Case reports that have been refereed will be noted by the use of the symbol ≏ at the end of the report. Readers are invited to submit reports to the editor.
