Preliminary results using 99mTc-albumin for intracranial tumor localization in over 50 patients are described briefly. It appears that the ideal physical characteristics of the 99mTc combined with greater apparent biologic tumor affinity of albumin make 99mTc-albumin a promising brain scanning agent.
