Abstract
This article describes the implementation of the dilemma counseling approach to an undergraduate organizational behavior classroom setting, a longitudinal "experiential exercise" of one year's dura tion. Dilemma counseling in the group setting is explained using The Life Cycle Theory of Leadership and Client-Centered Therapy parameters. Finally, an analysis of students' perceived degree of participation, learning, skill development, and overall satisfaction with the experimental format is presented.
