In this issue we present two contrasting views of the future of
organization development (OD).Peggy
Morrison,an experienced OD
consultant, is president of Morrison & Associates, management c onsu ltan ts
in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Ph.D. in organizational behavior and
has served on the faculty of the College of Business Administration at
Arizona State University in Tempe. Dr. Morrison has contributed to G&OS several times.Hari
Dasreceived his Ph.D. from the University of British
Columbia in Canada. He has considerable experience as a management
and OD consultant and has published research papers in a variety of
professional journals. He is currently associated with the Department of
Management at Saint Mary's University, Nova Scotia.
