Richard Woodman,whose report follows, we continue to run
into an issue that by all accounts should be long dead: What is the
difference, if any, between T-groups and team development? Wood
man attempts to explain both the difference and the reason the ques
tion continues to be asked. Dr. Woodman is an assistant professor of
management at Texas A&M University.
