Abstract
In previous issues of G&OS, we have focused our attention on "Human Relations Training in Israel" (Vol. 1, No. 1) and "Human- Resource Development in Australia" (Vol. 1, No. 3). While these arti cles were primarily intended to be informational, they were, by design, somewhat provocative. From the written reactions that we have re ceived, we have selected an additional perspective on each country.
