Abstract
As human relations consultants, our perspectives on an issue evolve through our knowledge of a client's background and through experiencing the environ ment in which the client functions. We generally do our own informal research, comparing and contrasting the data we have previously collected and analyzing new data. We believe that many concerns and issues in human relations train ing could be highlighted in such a way. We plan to present many issues—areas of concern to our readers—from differing viewpoints in forthcoming issues of G&OS.
