Abstract
The problem of the mechanics of fracture of the medium weakened by crack-visible cavity, whose surfaces burns, is considered. It is considered that in the vicinity of technological defect (crack-visible cavity), there are zones with the interparticle bonds in the material. It has been investigated for the quasi-static process of deformation of burning fuel. Determination of the unknown parameters describing crack-visible cavity opening displacement is reduced to the solution of a system of singular integral equations, from the solution of which the tractions in the bonds are found. The sufficient condition of stability of a mode ‘burning-fracture’ is received.
