Abstract
The study examines approaches to modernizing the administrative and legal support of general secondary education in Ukraine. It analyzes the national legal framework, defines the roles of central and local authorities and educational institutions, and highlights the importance of their coordinated interaction. Particular attention is given to inclusive education and challenges related to digitalization and distance learning. The study identifies key problems, including inefficient resource allocation, unequal access to educational resources, and insufficient regulation of digital technologies. To address these issues, the author proposes modernization measures such as electronic registers, quality monitoring, teacher professional development, strengthened international cooperation, and the integration of artificial intelligence into education management.
