The main objective of this research is to study the influence of AI on skill development programs, and its impact on employability in Andhra Pradesh in India. To actualize this research, the data were gathered from 125 students/graduates on their responses to the questionnaire. In this research, the factors, such as crucial thinking skills, advanced AI technology; communication skills, and interpersonal skills are considered. Additionally, the analysis is done by employing the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for acquired data. This findings of this research have implications for skill development programs and AI adoption for employability.
