Abstract
The right to education in the Brazilian legal system is not an abstract provision. On the contrary, it consists of a set of objective and consequent determinations that may be applied to situations and circumstances that happen in social development, through jurisprudential and doctrinal integration. This article examines the specific legal nature of the right to education in Brazil and its effects.
