Abstract
Osteopathia Striata with Cranial Sclerosis (OSCS) is uncommon, and a concurrent diagnosis of Robin sequence (RS) is rare. This series describes 2 infants presenting with the combination of RS treated with mandibular distraction osteogenesis (MDO) and OSCS. The first patient, who presented with a more severe form of OSCS, required tracheostomy due to persistent apneic episodes after MDO. Upper airway obstruction in the second patient was successfully managed with MDO, suggesting that the OSCS severity may help predict MDO outcomes in this rare subset of patients.
