Abstract
This paper advocates for a unique framework that combines Servant leadership (SL) principles and a systems-thinking (ST) approach. This framework is designed to address the persistent absence of equitable learning environments for culturally, linguistically, and racially diverse students, particularly multilingual learners (MLs). By integrating SL and ST, leaders can foster contextual and cultural understanding while implementing language acquisition services tailored to MLs’ needs. The proposed conceptual framework delineates essential practices empowering leaders to cultivate equitable environments rooted in social justice. This framework is not just a theoretical concept, but a practical tool that can advocate for sustainable change in educational leadership for MLs.
