Abstract
This article is aimed at faculty members who have not kept up with the business library's changing environment. Many of them misguidedly think that all information is now in electronic format. This is simply not the case. About 50% of reference questions are still answered with paper resources. The difficulty lies in determining which format or media answers which questions. The article reviews major paper resources as well as multimedia, on-line, and CD-ROM resources. Also addressed are different kinds of searches, effective methods of searching, and the distinction between electronic catalogs and indexes.
