Abstract
Many schools of management are revising their curricula to present an integrated, cross-functional focus. This should prepare graduates to perform well in organizations of the future. This article describes how a team of MBA faculty members developed an integrated management curriculum. Rationales for developing an integrated curriculum are described. Detailed design processes and delivery methods are presented. Techniques for student and faculty evaluation are included. Advantages and disadvantages of integrating curricula are discussed. Finally, implications of teaching in this manner for organizational behavior faculty members are presented.
