Abstract
In an age when corporate ethics are coming under increasing public scrutiny, many worry that ethics and ethical behavior cannot be taught. This article reports on the use of moral philosophy in connection with a system of building student personal ethical codes with a business perspective within a senior-level course on business ethics. Preliminary documentation of success consisting of anecdotal testimony as well as statistical analysis of surveys administered at the end of the course and 9 months after the end of the course is presented.
