This article describes a Scavenger Hunt Exercise that provides students with a concrete example of organizational culture. Groups of students locate items that reflect aspects of a particular organization's culture. The "finds" are presented in class to generate discussion on the relevance of organizational behavior and its effect on our organizational lives.
