Abstract
The purpose of this article is to introduce the concept of practical organizational behavior education (PROBE) as demonstrated by a real-time, experiential, student- centered methodology. This allows students from diverse backgrounds to create theory from their experience and to conclude the course with a strong understanding of what principles work for them in an organizational setting and those that do not. Although aspects of experiential exercises and student-centered education have been used before, when combined with real risk, these innovations make a powerful methodology for teaching organizational behavior in transcultural, cross- cultural, and multicultural settings.
