Abstract
This article presents a form of training to help managers reflect on and improve their own practice. It is organized to facilitate the readers' understanding of how they might use the training method and what to expect if they do. The first part introduces the philosophy of the method. The second part describes the five steps of the method, each demonstrated by authentic examples. The third part briefly illustrates two settings in which the method has been used. The last part pinpoints conditions of success and discusses some questions.
