Abstract
The disruptive behavior of a group of six students assigned to the Commercial Glass Division of Looking Glass, Inc., a complex organizational simulation, is described. The strategy used by the instructor to convert this experience into a learning opportunity for the students concerned is outlined. In addition, from the instructor's perspective, lessons learned about conducting the Looking Glass simulation in particular, and organizational simulations in general, and managing disruptive student behavior effectively are detailed.
