Accelerating Team Interdependence with a Cooperative Learning Paradigm

Abstract

A common problem confronting organizations is integrating the activities of functional departments. This article describes an approach for covering course content and, at the same time, providing students with a meaningful, hands-on experience in understanding and dealing with such problems.
