Role Conflict Exercises for Combining Family and Career

Abstract

With the increasing number of women in the work force there has been a proportionate rise in the number of dual career couples. We can expect a high proportion of our business students will be involved in a dual career marriage. In fact, some of them already are! Most realize that it is difficult to handle the problems of working, marriage, and parenting. To almost all, there is concern over how to balance career work and family work. Also, many students have expressed an interest in dealing with current problems or in preparing themselves for it.
