Abstract
As women enter management in greater numbers, it becomes increasingly important that OB courses introduce the issues connected with this new dimension of the workforce. Yet one of the difficulties we have encountered is the students' belief that things have now changed significantly so that women are receiving opportunities equal to those of their male colleagues. Essentially, students contend that there are no “women's issues,” because males and females have very similar experiences in today's organizations.
