Abstract
We have used the Organization Game, an organizational simulation developed by Miles and Randolph (1979a) for the past three years. It forms an integral part of a second core course in Organizational Behavior, entitled the Management of Organizational Behavior, taught in the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at the University of British Columbia. What follows is a report on the background of our use of the Organization Game (OG), a discussion of our applications of and experimentation with the simulation, and some reflections on its merits based on our experience with it thus far.
