In thefield of disaster management, people realize that some kind ofpreparation on a disaster is necessary. The current management exercises lack realistic interaction, objective measurement ofperformance, structuredfeedback, and the building of shared mental models. At these points, simulation/games can generate added value. That is why CRISISLAB has been developed.
