Abstract
As a participant in the second annual ABSEL simulation competition for its members, the author found the experience not only enjoyable but a rewarding learning exercise while playing AIRLINE, a management simulation. The article summarizes and then elaborates on eight specific observations offered by the author that can be applied to better administration of simulations and improved readability of simulation manuals.
