Abstract
A family agency's comprehensive counseling program for high-risk adolescents and their families is described. This cost-effective program, designed to prevent institutionalization and encourage parental responsibility, uses aggressive outreach techniques, treats the youths' total milieu, and emphasizes family involvement.
