Abstract
The Epilepsy Foundation of America (EFA) participated in the National Agenda for Employment of People with Disabilities project, co-sponsored by the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities and the Arkansas Research and Training Center in Vocational Rehabilitation. The organizational agenda creation process involves three phases: (a) collection of consumer data regarding employment concerns, (b) discussion of the implications of the data by providers and people with epilepsy, and (c) development of an organizational agenda based on phases one and two. Results of the three-step process are discussed in this article.
