Abstract
Underground or relationship banking is the oldest method of transmitting value securely, secretly, privately, and well beyond the ability of governments to monitor or control it. In underground banking transactions, physical money rarely, if ever, moves. It provides a means for honest and dishonest alike to transmit value secretly. Secrecy is a form of power. The ability to protect one's privacy is also a form of power. Princes and paupers used this method of transferring value long before the time of Christ and they will continue to use it long after we who read this article are dust.
