Twenty-five landlords were interviewed to identify the follow-up supportive services they received when renting to tenants with mental retardation. Results suggested that the delivery of services to landlords and their tenants was limited. Suggestions for providing follow-up supportive services to landlords and their tenants who are mentally retarded are presented.
