Sexual harassment of employees is a national problem for businesses of all sizes, but small businesses seem less aware of it. Therefore, the purposes of this paper are to show how harassment can affect small businesses, to point out areas where small businesses are particularly vulnerable, and to recommend actions to eliminate sexual harassment.
