Abstract
In The Seychelles, as in other countries, one of the concerns of different agencies is the need to prepare the entire workforce for a flexible future and for rapid and unpredictable changes. Preparation for work is therefore a major goal of education. This case study reports on an aspect of career guidance programs in The Seychelles.
