Abstract
This article surveys developments in employment law in Australia during 1993. The discussion is arranged under a number of headings: statutory developments in employment law; the employee/independent contractor dis tinction ; judicial decisions concerning the contract of employment; developing principles in unfair dismissal cases; and disability discrimination in the workplace.
