Training and Development in Japan

Abstract

I n considering the subject of how education /training is conducted in Jap anese companies, firstly it is necessary to understand something of the historical background ofjapanese labour, mainly from the early Meiji period (1868 to 1890), when Japan first started on the road towards industrialization.
