Before considering the future options, I feel it would be useful at this stage of proceedings to summarise the findings of the papers presented thus far. To commence with, data from the SECV quality of life survey establish that when shiftworkers are compared with dayworkers there is a disadvantage in two areas, namely, Health and Family and Social Life
