When an individual fails to adjust to a world of other people, values and attitudes we generally think of
him as being "mentallly ill". This "mental illness" can often be described and categorised. However,
we also need a method of describing and categorising the pathologies of the organisation whose demands
may be in conflict with the aspirations of its members.
