Abstract

In May 1978 Sentry Insurance commissioned Professor Roger Layton and the opinion research firm of McNair Anderson Associates Pty Ltd to conduct a broadly based survey on present and future manager-worker relationships. There has been such unprecedented interest in the published results of the Research, that we have sought and been granted approval to feature highlights of the findings in these pages.
