Abstract

J ob evaluation is a technique which has been available to Personnel practitioners for a long time. Somehow it has failed to attract attention on a wide scale.

The Author has chosen to write about it, mainly to remind the reader of its existence. Wages and salaries have been a contentious issue ever since Adam paid off Eve with his answer to the apple!
