Abstract
The Global Network Development (GND) sessions on advocacy were divided into two parts. The first meeting focused specifically on a project the IUHPE is involved with on the impact and effectiveness of health promotion. The second session focused on the role of advocacy in the field of health promotion, as well as the development of a global advocacy network for advancing the goals of the IUHPE.
