Abstract
Since the International Conference on Population and Development, held in Cairo, Egypt, in September 1994, Marilyn Rice of the World Health Organization's Reproductive Health Division has been working with countries from each continent of the world to apply a conceptual framework and action-oriented process for designing and carrying out reproductive health-related promotion and education initiatives.
